The person who did the voice work could easily not be the person revealed as Raw GM. It wouldn't be the first time the "clues" didn't match the payoff. Also, they could appoint a public GM and revoke the mystery GM without ever revealing who it was, not unlike who pushed Mankind with a metal pole in the boiler room, or who was filming G TV, or... well, there are a bunch of examples.

Hey, maybe May Young's hand grew up and got a job for Vince, and since all it can do is type it has to use a computerized voice program, and was made Raw GM for having to be born on TV? Man, can you imagine Mark Henry's pull, being the GM's dad?
