Do you suppose downloaded game purchases will be transferred over to next gen consoles?

With so much stuff in downloadable form on XBLA and PSN, you have to think that this would be an option. But it would also probably cut into their profit margins pretty deep.

I know the next gen is pretty far off, but how do you see currently downloaded games being handled? Will they allow it? Charge for a mass transfer? Just say fuck it and claim incompatibility?
