I love how DICE better utilizes teamwork as I get the same and in some cases more points for reviving and healing than I do for kills. People need to work together and when you have a team that all wants to be snipers, that formula fails. But get a good team together, and the game takes off. It looks like this has carried over to MoH. They have killstreaks but not ones that call in automated helis which is a plus to me. Also, it is a score chain and not a kill chain to activate these streaks, meaning I can kill a guy, capture an objective, and get an assist as everything flows together nicely. The ability to choose between launching an offensive attack or a defensive perk, one that benefits my teammates (ammo refills, flak jackets, etc) is an option that promotes teamwork and reminds me of the BC2 medic class.
