Basically Perry Saturn had a match with this jobber from the Indie Circuit. The jobber either stiffed him or botched something in the match so Saturn got pissed off and beat the hell out of the guy and knocked out some of his teeth and made him bleed.

So to teach him a lesson, WWF had Bradshaw and Faarooq power bomb the shit out of Saturn in a match. This turned into the whole Saturn being crazy angle.
