Yeah you would think, except employee's would qualify for health insurance and other benifits that Vince shirks responsibility for. You cant have it both ways. If they are private contractors then once they are signed there isnt much Vince can do unless Matt breaks contract. Otherwise Vince has to break said contract at his own cost.
Its political bullshit and I agree entirely with your premise, but its a loophole for Matt as much as it is for Vince.
