I think they should make you able to swim.. I mean, say the police are on you, you dive in the river, they sends boats towards you.. you'd get wasted by machine gun fire before you reach land
, and when the cops aren't after you.. you have no reason to die in the river.. who can't swim
have like shakrs or something that can get you, or if you hit it with enough force you die but if you just walk into or something you can swim.. I always thought it'll rule to drive a car into a river and bail out as it's over the water (H)
