There's a perk you can select from the start calle Weird Wasteland that apparently makes some ordinary events odd. Not sure of I've seen it in action yet though


Also found a story bug in a side-quest where someone called me a monster because I helped him sabotage something when I persuaded him into believing the truth

It more or less makes weird shit happen to you in the Mojave. So far I've seen an alien space ship land and killed three aliens, found what's supposed to be Indiana Jones inside a refridgerator, and was mugged by a gang of grannies. Epic perk to say the least.
