And if they win the World Series, that meeting will be even easier. Offensively I don't see the Yanks doing much. I don't see them adding Crawford, and I don't see them adding Werth.

I think he'll go to whoever offers the most. Haven't really heard of anyone passing up millions and millions of dollars because they enjoy beating up on a team. Sure, if Texas offers something in the same range as the Yankees he'd probably stay. If Texas doesn't offer the money, he's not staying. I dunno if its just the interviews I've seen with him or the fact that he's been on so many different teams over the past couple years, but I think he's absolutely just going to the highest bidder.
