I think I might just take this with a grain of salt no offense. I mean all managers can't react to stress as easily as others. Being a Manager is a stressful job. Are you implying he'd be happier with another team or are you just saying he's just not cut out to be a manager? Cause I really don't know if a change of environment will really change the way he handles stress.
