Dude, the easiest way to win is by just setting your deck to have four 10's, four 9's, and four 7's. The rest of your deck doesn't matter as long as you have the other cards. When the game starts, just discard everything from your hand that is NOT a 10, 9, or 7. You are able to discard one 10, 9, and 7 and still be ok. Now just lay down either a 7 or 10 in each row and then go up or down accordingly in each row to reach 26. 7, 9, 10, or 10, 9, 7. You'll never lose. If the opponent wins a row, just go after the other two and the game will end and you'll win. I have yet to lose this way.
