Well, I could see where they'd have a point. The WWE has this weird thing of not planning how much space their set and ring will take up in an arena until the very last minute, so they would be able to squeeze in a few more people depending on what they are going to use as a set this time. Normally, all Judgment Days have been treated as "throwaway" PPVs for the WWE. They've become just as much of a joke as the King Of The Ring became (remember last year, or the mess of 2002) in it's dying days. It's not that much of a surprise that they throw a card together just to have one when you do consider that.
I don't think this PPV will do THAT badly. It does has some good things on the card (Book vs. Taker, and Cena vs. Dupree), and you have Eddie Guerrero carrying a Title match (remember the pudding), and that's always a plus, even with JBL as the carried (we may be halfway surprised at that one, though I'm doubting it). And it's a PPV, notherless, as PPVs usually sell-out (although never a guarantee). I'll be surprised if the buyrates are high, though.
