I think you can in some form or fashion. I'm not sure, though. Knowing people these days, they'd come up with something clever just so they can get their money back (there seems to be so many of those kinds of people living in the same area I do, or travel through this place en route to their destination, anyway). I've never done it before, but then again, I've never had a reason to.
