As funny as so many of you find the theory on the relationship between WWE-PG and the McMahon Senate Race to be, I find it equally funny that you are all so unsusceptible to the idea when, thought out and processed logically, it makes perfect sense. An immediate problem with the idea for running for Senate for Linda McMahon is being forever and always associated with the WWE; a company that, though very successful, does not have the highest standing on capitol hill. So what's the best she can do? She can't disassociate herself from the product - it's almost like one of her children. So what do you do with the bad child that might ruin the election? The one with social problems who your opponent could point out as a sign that you, Linda, cannot raise a child and thus should not be a Senator. What do you do? You dress him up. You parade him around behind you like a good little boy with his combed and parted hair and his nice sweaters and his cute little suits. And you pretend to the press that he didn't REALLY set his school on fire four years ago... he's a good little boy? See? Look how good he is?

If you REALLY think it's SO far-fetched that the WWE would try and turn its image around from giving violence, sex, anger, blood and profanity to punk teenagers into providing a TV-PG rated show for tweens that's safe for your 10 year old to watch on Monday night without parental supervision for the sake of Linda McMahon's campaign for the United States Senate, then snap the fuck out of it. FAR MORE EXTREME things have happened in history for the sake of a political career than turning WWE from TV-14 to TV-PG. Think about it, people. Examine the situation with an open mind and stop just believing what you're told or only accepting what you see on the surface of a situation. Think deeper.
