Seems to me that since I've gotten a new modem, I've had an interesting issue where in whenever I attempt to download/upload torrents, I eventually lose the ability to access http/ftp. The torrent continues normally, as does IM or any other protocols I may be using. However, I'm unable to access "the web" or what have you. Google has been less than helpful with this issue. Any input?

Any input? I just went to reupload the dramatic readings and all the files I had archived were 0 bytes.
