lol, this thread is awful. WWE went PG to try and salvage the ratings they used to receive by switching demographics. They needed a fresh approach because, plain and simple, they weren't drawing the same numbers with the old approach any more. That is how I see it anyways.
Also, lol @ wishbone thinking Mysterio is the only person capable of approaching Cenas' popularity as a face. That is some of the most laughable bullshit I have ever heard. Mysterio is a top face, no doubt, but Orton can definitely draw better at this time. So could Edge, or Taker. Hell, a returning HHH as a face would completely and utterly obliterate the pops Mysterio would get.
Mysterio has had a great career, but even you must realize that at some point, a character does begin to decline from the peak of their career, and Mysterio is on the back stretch of his career, IMO.
