It basically sets up cards for RAW, SD, Superstars and PPVs and puts little storyline elements into them like attacks that lead to other matches and there are rankings for all the titles and I believe overall. You can play any of the matches in any order on any card, simulate the matches, create your own match (though you can't go for/defend titles if you do), or skip them all together. And you can skip to specific shows and it will be simulated up to that point. I look at it as "Exhibition Plus".

An example that just happened to me was I played HBK vs Sheamus (me) and Triple H attacked HBK mid-match. The next week the RAW main event was Triple H vs Shawn Michaels.

Though one thing I find really broken about it is that there almost always seems to be someone pulling double duty, especially on PPVs. I think Taker wrestled three times on one PPV.
