Avery is just a punk bitch. He isnt so dirty though. Dirty are guys like Ulf who took out knees deliberately and loose cannons like Darcy Tucker who would threaten you, then take you out.

Avery mostly yaps and picks his spots. Not as dirty as many other agitators.
