Canada, USSR, Sweden, Czech's, USA, Finland.

But in all fairness, it was a tourney for the Super Powers of hockey (Canada and the CCCP) to battle for supremacy of the ice war.

Except in '91 when the Soviets were dismantled and USA did well and lost to Canada in the final.
