It was a overly long 'send off' if Cena was just going to be on tomorrows Raw. Had they cut right at the end then you could probably say he would be.
I'll be pissed if he is and/or he's the GM.
Either way, I think we'll be seeing some Game tonight. Especially if Cena is having some time off.
