Counter-points:
- Jeff Hardy's physical condition.
- Jeff Hardy's legal troubles.
- Jeff Hardy's theme music.
- Jeff Hardy's botching.
- Jeff Hardy's mic work.
- Jeff Hardy's ugly face-paint.
- Jeff Hardy's fans have not followed him enough to make a difference.
Again, making a WWE ex-employee the focal point of your show isn't going to work unless your show has a high profile in the cultural landscape already. We've gone over this every single time the WWE has fired someone and TNA has snatched them up displacing homegrown talent.
Christopher Daniels is better on the mic and in the ring and now he's gone.
