Until TNA cuts wrestling's past deadweights(otherwise known as WCW has beens). and stops trying to be just another WWE ripoff, they will never been on top of the wrestling world.

If they truly wanna leave a mark on wrestling history, focus on wrestling instead of entertainment. Then, stop using wrestling's past. Obviously, living in the past has gotten them that awesome 1.5 average rating. Assuming they ever can their need to be WWE #2 and start using the tried and true method of WRESTLING, popularity will never reach it's full potential.
