1. Ban him from doing diving headbutts forever.
2. Ban him taking and giving out chair shots to the head. Ban them all together for everybody so that nobody knows that he is being treaty differently.
3. Get him a brainscan and whatever treatment can be done to reverse his condition.
4. Retire him after him winning the World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania 2000. Let him continue until Summerslam where he lost to Randy Orton. Then give him a job as a road agent or just pay him to stay at home.
