I like KotR more but the Money in the Bank has been more entertaining the last few years mostly due to the unpredictable style of the match and the KotR only been done 3 times after it stopped being a yearly event in 2002.
The main downside I have with the Money in the Bank is when they took out its importance from Wrestlemania and added more cases this year since it waters down the specialness of when the case gets cashed in if its done multiple times in a year.
