I tracked it down. Had to download the whole Nitro episode and rip it out. Yeah three years later but I figured y'all would still want to see it. Uploaded it to youtube for ya,

It's a gem, Bret has nothing to say and no reason to be out there but there he is. The promo is also longer than the Main Event(if you take out Buffer;'s intro), which came right after.
The Main Event for this show was the big grudge match of Goldberg vs Bam Bam, They brought out Micheal Buffer he did the whole big main event spiel, Bam Bam runs out, Nash Runs out right after attacks Bam Bam, Goldberg then runs out fights both, ref calls for a no contest and security breaks it up, end of show. There was no main event lol, WCW pulled a no contest brawl finish before it even started, on a 3 hour show they gave the ME feud about 5 minutes and really after Buffer's intro it's 2 minutes lol. What a wreck
BTW they spent the entire show hyping this big match (going as far to craft the storyline that Goldberg went tothe WCW championship committee and demanded that they give Bam Bam a one day contract for this match only, and how big of a deal this match was gonna be and how it was one of the biggest Main events in Nitro history in front of a record crowd at the astro dome) and yeah it never fucking started, and I read a report from someone who was at the show live and they didn't even run it as a Dark match or anything, Nash and Bam Bam left and Goldberg posed end of show lol.
