RAW
The Miz - No. He's very close though. If he's consistently booked in the main event scene after his title run and he has some meaningful programs, he'll get there.

John Cena - Yes. Top guy in the company, and constantly puts on exciting matches, promos, anything.

Randy Orton - Yes. He's arguably 1a in the company, is extremely over, and has been consistently booked well in the past 3 years.

Wade Barrett - No. Like Miz, he's very close. Barrett has been booked in the main event since day one, which I why I think he's so close. Plus, he's the head of a stable that has been one of RAW's staples of 2010, and he's been great.

Triple H - Yes. He's one of WWE's greatest, and has been for the past decade.

Batista - Yes. His rise to the top was booked perfectly, and he was mega-over ever since. His match quality wasn't always there, but his charisma was.

Sheamus - No. He's constantly floating back and forth between main event and mid-card. They're willing to put him over clean against mid-card talent, only to be built up and lose to the big boys. He would be considered a main event talent to me if he was booked consistently.

CM Punk - No. See Sheamus.

SmackDown!
Kane - No. But, he's an interesting case because his tie with the Undertaker has made him credible. A few more wins with the Championship and he can be a true main eventer again, but if it wasn't for the Undertaker, he'd be an absolute no, instead of a "there's a chance".

The Undertaker - Yes. He's been booked more dominantly than anyone and it hasn't changed in 20 years. Taker grabs attention, draws money, gets reactions, and always delivers in the big spots.

Jack Swagger - No. He has the talent to do it, it's just a matter of WWE having the faith in him to show it off in the main event. It's only a matter of time before he's back in the title picture, because he's just too good.

Edge - Yes. He's probably a step below the likes of Orton, Cena, Taker, HHH, but he has definitely proven that he's a true main event talent.

Chris Jericho - Yes. If you asked me this back in 2003 or 2004, I probably would have said No, but since he came back in 2007, he's been booked as a true top guy that they have faith in, and he's been top notch.

Rey Mysterio - Yes. This was a tough one, but I had to say Yes based on his popularity. He's a different case than Punk, Sheamus, and Swagger, because when he's booked in the mid-card, it makes the mid-card talent seem more important because Rey is fighting with them, but I can't say the same about the others.
