Santino Marella is one of the few RAW guys that is being used to his potential. The man is currently a champion, gets to be entertaining on both RAW and SmackDown!, is wrestling more than he ever did, and is actually getting some credible victories (more credible than he ever has). Marella is fine, although I do hope that he continues to go up, rather than down and becomes purely a joke character.

Ted DiBiase could use a move to SmackDown!, to be honest. I think it would allow him to develop in the ring more, and he'd be able to develop more of his own shtick there. What Cody Rhodes is doing on SmackDown! has been done before, but I was thinking about this the other day -- when has a narcissistic character been done with a guy who has the ring skills that Rhodes does? Most of the time they're big guys who are decent at best in the ring. So the heat magnet is combining with Rhodes' talent and working. DiBiase pretty much has his father's gimmick, which actually goes against what DiBiase came into the WWE to do.

Of the RAW guys, Zack Ryder, Primo, Yoshi Tatsu and even William Regal come to mind. All those guys would probably clutter SmackDown!, but Ryder is being absolutely wasted to the point where he is a joke. He'll get his time in the future, I am sure, but the guy got so much momentum on ECW. Hell, even if they put him in a team with Curt Hawkins again (a guy being wasted on SmackDown!, believe it or not), at least people would be able to tell the two apart now.

Primo Colon is so talented, but just doesn't find the room to show it on RAW. With the Hispanic audience SmackDown! draws, Primo could find a niche there. Yoshi Tatsu could work great matches and hopefully find a random opportunity to move up, and Regal is getting older, but could be used slightly more constructively on SmackDown!.
