Kozlov has the size. That's all Vince needed to see in Khali.

Previous pushes don't matter to WWE. You can be a jobber for years then, out of no where, be the flavor of the month.

I could absolutely see Kozlov being champion if WWE wanted it on him and it was a down month. Not a viable long-term champion by any means, but a one month run? Absolutely.
