Ministry Taker as the best with American Badass Taker and Classic purple gloves Taker as my next favorites.

What made his Ministry of Darkness stable amazing was how it was basically Taker, the Acolytes/APA, and then a bunch of nobodies but made it work so that people really believed they were a tough force.
