Huge fan of the WM6. RVD has never been my cup of tea. His personality and cocky attitude has gone between boring and annoying. Not to say I haven't enjoyed the majority of his work but I found over 100 better.

McMahon created The Rock. McMahon created the entire wrestling universe that I have known. Also, the height of my wrestling life was spent around the Attitude Era in which he was the main player. So all those things together should have made him number 1 but for the reason you mentioned he didn't make it. That and I was never that huge on Rocky. I think he's overrated for his ring work but his mic skills really are better than most.
