A definite possibility. BUT. Being a wrestler, you are subject to AT LEAST one physical a year. Not to mention when you get a concussion, land wrong, hell if you complain about a hurt pinky tow you still get a basic physical... just like in any other sport. Its possible that it was not hugly enlarged and maybe just slightly enlarged... I read the report but im not a doctor so a lot of the lingo was lost on me.... But knowing that you are going to put your body through 300 shows a year, constant travel, very little sleep, he should have been more aware of his situation and been more aware of his health condition. I just find it hard to believe that a 40 year old man does not know that he has an enlarged heart.
