...Enlarged organs means Chris Benoit was using Human Growth Hormone (among other drugs, I'm sure), but HGH will do that to you, it'll enlarge not only your muscles, but your organs as well...you're basically putting the body into overdrive. So this all means Benoit would've died relatively young anyways.
