EDIT: 11:50 AM Eastern - NFL Network is saying that the city of Philly is declaring a state of emergency around 3PM. The game is currently still scheduled to take place, and fans are being asked to take mass transportation. More busses and trains are being added to accommodate.

EDIT 2: Game moved to TUESDAY night! Extra short week, anyone? Hope the Vikings packed a change of clothes.
