I do get what you're saying, and I don't entirely disagree. But with The Miz as WWE Champion, Daniel Bryan has got the pre-existing history with him. Night of Champions, where Bryan beat Miz clean was only in September, wasn't it? We're not even going back a third of the way of a year.

That being said, I'm not saying Bryan is the only choice, or even the best choice. It's just something I would personally enjoy and I don't think would fail.
