I still want to see Matt Hardy go to ROH. The guy's not going to disappear, and him going to ROH would make me go "meh." But Hardy in ROH would be a heat machine, get them attention (Hardy is a pretty recognisable guy, no matter how insane he is), and I'd mark out for a returning Low Ki kicking his face in.
