From the way things look right now, Shelton, no question about it. Already, he's been pitted against Triple H (even though he lost that feud) and looks like he'll be up for a hot I-C Title feud with Orton. Haas, on the other hand, is stuck doing a comedy routine with Rico, and while it's landed him the Tag Team Titles, he'll be dead in the water once the gimmick's over (unless he turns on Rico)

However, if Haas rides it out, he might end up establishing himself with the fans, making his name mean a little more than all of the "Shake 'n' Bake" superstars like Lesnar, Orton, and (from the looks of things) Benjamin. Sure, he probably won't ever get any higher than a US Title feud, but if he sticks to it, he'll probably have a lot better staying power than Shelton.
