I just remembered they're starting a Cena/Punk angle, so they may run it until WM27, which could take Cena out of the Title picture, unless one of them won the title before then.

Also, I don't know if WWE would let a young "new star" main event WrestleMania...Sheamus had a great 2009, beat Cena for the Title, is a favorite of Triple H and all that, and not even he Main Evented WrestleMania this year. So I don't know if WWE would give a Main Event spot to Miz. Seems like they are reluctant to do so.
