Well I'm also look at who won the Battle Royal as well. Kane is currently in a feud with Matt Hardy and Lita, and it wouldn't make sense that Kane is now after Chris Benoit as well.
As for Chris Jericho, his feud with Christian is for the most part over, and he seemed to have a big push coming his way. On top of that, I thought it was strange that Kane was down for a good 5 minutes near the end of the match, which he was probably suppose to be facing Jericho or something.
