Unless Kaval pissed someone off REALLY badly (maybe with his attitude, as WWKD alluded to), I can't believe creative would be told to all-out bury him, especially since he got a PPV match.

WWE creative is ass-backwards, but I can't believe they'd do something like that where it involved what was disguised as a push. And yes, while he didn't really win, just being on SmackDown! and the PPV showed faith in him.
