"I'm Booked Match" The match starts when Scott Hall comes down to the ring and declares that he's booked. Whoever does the first offensive move after he spoke wins.

This match will never happen because Scott Hall is always booked, but he never shows up for his match. He has to stay in a drunken shape because he could have a match to miss at any time.
