A Barbed wire ladder match.
With the objective of a regular ladder match but the ladder is wrapped in barbed wire and there is a pair of wire cutters, on a pole, in the corner of the ring. You have to get the cutters off of the pole and use them to cut off the barbed wire match. Unless you are Terry Funk back in the day then you can just climb over the barbed wire and accept the consequences.
