Phantom of the Opera (the 2004 one).

My girlfriend at the time really wanted to see it. I really wasn't interested, but did the boyfriendly thing and watched it with her. She actually got really bored half way through, but I couldn't believe how much I was enjoying it.

Also, I actually knew a lot of the music, just never knew it was PotO, so that's probably why I enjoyed it more.
