Once the PPV starts, multiple stream links will be available, each a different quality. Click the one you want, and the PPV will launch in either your browser or a media player program, depending on your settings & browser. You'll be prompted to sign in using the username & password you used to purchase the PPV. Once you're signed in, the PPV will start streaming.

WWE almost always gets the stream up on time.
