Bookmarklet question...

I know you can put javascript into a bookmark to do things. I've searched for a while and can't find out how I can do this, and I'm sure it can be done.

Basically I'm looking to make a bookmark to open a separate window of a certain size without the tool bar or scrollbar. This would be for a fixed URL.

Can this be done? And if so, how? I'm using Firefox.
