I really hope Striker isn't done for, he's actually one of the best Play-by-Players they have right now. He's a bit comparable to Joey Styles, both are actual Wrestling Announcers, instead of "Sports Entertainment Storytellers" with kayfabe characters.
I think one thing Striker got screwed on unfairly, was when Michael Cole started ragging on him for knowing what the Cattle Mutilation was. All of a sudden, he was the target of every fairweather Cole smark in the IWC, cuz, y'know, Cole being the second coming of Gordon Solie because he's portaying a heel character & everything.
or I could be totally wrong, maybe it's a
bad thing when an announcer knows his shit.
