I think it's virtually impossible to tell. Nobody predicted the examples you gave. Who knew Austin's KotR win and subsequent promo would kick off somethig huge? It could just as easily have gone nowhere.

That said, a Miz win over Cena at Mania could be one of those moments. The Cena/Batista/Orton generation taking a backseat to the Miz/Morrison/etc generation.
