Heres a couple of ideas

Awesome Kong & Mark Henry
Kong debuts as Kia Henry - Mark Henrys sister. They become the first ever brother and sister tag team champions and would be great to add a scare factor to the division.

Cody Rhodes & Dolph Ziggler
Theyre both good in the ring. What else is needed?

Those teams, along with Nexus (Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty), Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov, The Core (Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel), and The Usos, would give WWE the base to a good division.
