Because WWE is really not pushing his "rich snobby guy" angle as much as, let's say, Alberto Del Rio's "rich snobby guy" angle. The music won't fit until they do a little more with his gimmick other than him mentioning a trust fund occasionally...
I also agree that JoMo needs repackaged soooo badly. His in-ring work is amazing and his mic skills aren't horrible either. This whole play on Jim Morrison is just awful now
