Ask LoDownM who is a Pitts fan whether he tried to defend Cooke. I dont believe he did, he knew it was a dirty hit.

Being a fan is about loving the franchise, it is not about defending any actions of the players wearing the sweater.

Only thing I ever said about the Cooke hit on Savard is that it was legal at the time. It was still a cheap hit and I'm glad it's now against the rules.
