I've heard they wanted Mr. T, but he was insulted when they put Pete Rose in before him and turned them down.

And I can't blame him, honestly. Yeah, it's a mark thing to do for the WWE HOF, especially the celebrity wing, but T deserves it more than almost anyone else celeb-wise, outside of maybe Lauper and Tyson.
