Pretty much what they said (only replace "Attitude Era" with NWA/MEmphis Wrestling/Jim Crockett Promotions/aet/etc/etc.

We already have one "Wrestling Historian" who goes out of his way to shove this fact down our throats, we don't been another.

It all comes off of as sactimonious to me. Is there a need to tell us when "X" happened? Most of us already know. And it's as if you're saying "You guys don't know what you're talking about if you like modern wrestling. Try this. it's much better".

You're "appreciation" threads were tanamount to spamming IMO.

Personally I'm sick of people banging on about the past ad nauseum. I wish people would stop for a second and appreciate the good stuff that we have now. Your constant references to the past don't help that and thus it is annoying to me.
